This is a post that will be shown on all pages and in a Block. To do this just create a new post in your Home menu and set it to display on all pages and define a block for it and there you go.

Welcome to the jCore Demonstration website. On this site you can do almost anything that you could do if you'd installed the system on your server except file uploads. To start playing around just access the admin are with the login information below and do whatever you feel.

NOTE: This site will be restored to it's original state every hour.
The default design is kept to as simple as possible so you don't have to delete anything but can start building based on it when creating a new site and from css/js you should be able to create a pretty site, jCore.net was build on this system too, that should give you an idea of what can be done with this system and that's not the upper limit, just the beginning.
