This is a post that will be shown on all pages and in a Block. To do this just create a new post in your Home menu and set it to display on all pages and define a block for it and there you go.
Contact Form
The contact form module is a dynamical form extension that will send you an email to the webmaster's email address defined in the Settings. You can customize the fileds, add new ones or remove any and in the email these modifications will also apply.
